Dan Beard began his career in construction in 1992 as a finish carpenter on new homes. He worked as a Project Manager on large, residential remodels for several years after that and in 2003 became a General Contractor and launched Beard's Restoration & Remodeling, LLC. Licensed in Oregon and Washington, Dan has extensive experience on everything from small kitchen and bath remodels, to two-story additions, full-house renovations and new construction.

Clients consistently tell Dan that they chose him for their job because he got excited about their project. And it's true - you'll find other people who can do the work, but you won't find anyone who gets moreexcited to come alongside you to transform your home and bring your vision to life. He's a craftsman, a creative problem-solver who works dilligently to bring out the truecharacter and beauty in each project. Dan expects the same level of commitment from everyone on the project team and over the years, has surrounded himself with a select group of architects, designers and subcontractors. They are individuals who value quality, integrity, honesty and respect and will work to exceed your expectations.

In his free time you'll find this native Oregonian snowboarding, biking, enjoying his family and working on his own "century house" which turns 100 in 2009.
