Alameda Bungalow
This project featured an interior expansion and exterior makeover that truly made the home shine. Inside, Beard's Restoration created a master suite (in an attic previously used only for storage) by adding dormers, a bathroom, tilework, hardwood floors, and period-style lighting and hardware. Outside, they stripped aluminum siding off the home, and painted the original clapboard siding, and finished it off with long-lasting and beautiful copper gutters and downspouts. The collapsing garage was torn down and rebuilt in a style matching the home.
